Update: Still living here and still think Redwood is the best style of apartment living. We appreciate the fact that our money is not going towards things we probably wouldn’t use…such as a Club House with sparse workout equipment Having an attached garage with a quality interior makes us feel we get more value for our money. Redwood is also pet friendly with plenty of areas to walk your dog and there is even a dog park practically across the street. Maintenance requests are completed quickly with Bob and Dylan always ensuring that we are satisfied with the results. The office sends out friendly monthly reminders to every tenant concerning rent due and a confirmation that your payment has been received. Helps avoid those occasional slip ups.  We still recommend Redwood as a great place to live.

Life is good and easy at Redwood Fairborn! All Redwood staff that we have worked with and spoken to have been excellent and were beyond our than expectations! They’re helpful, friendly, takes care of any issues we may have (only one minor issue) and everything is kept nice and orderly on the property. We love living at Redwood properties (this is our second community) and we highly recommend. 10/10!

We lived at Redwood for a year and if we didn't buy a house we would still be there! Kim always had a smile on her face. She was professional and helpful at all times. Bob the maintenance person was the same way! You could count on him to fix any problems in a timely manner and also with a smile! Even though Redwood is a little more expensive it is so worth the money! The apartments felt more like a home and are very stylish. The neighbors were always friendly and I always enjoyed walking my dog through the neighborhood as well. It was a great introduction for a new Ohio resident!
