What can I expect from a guided tour?
A member of our leasing team will walk you through our model home, showing you the features and benefits of living in a Redwood apartment home. While it may not be the exact floor plan you are interested in, you’ll be able to get the feel for what makes our homes remarkable. You’ll be able to ask all the questions you have, hear about move-in specials, and take a tour of the neighborhood as well. If the home you’re interested in is vacant, you can tour that as well.
What do I need to bring with me for a guided tour?
All you need to take a guided tour is your photo ID, an idea of your budget, and any questions you may have! We have note pads, pens, and measuring tapes for you, should you need them during your tour. Plus, we will have a packet of information you can take home with you after your tour.
What can I expect from a self-guided tour?
You can take a self-guided tour whenever it works for your schedule—including outside of our normal office hours! Self-guided touring requires prior registration, so we can collect some information about you, including a snap of your photo ID. Once you’re registered, you’ll receive instructions for how to enter our model home, where you can peruse at your leisure. You’ll find signage throughout the model to show you some of the key features that come with all floor plans. We have note pads, pens, and measuring tapes for you, should you need them during your tour. Plus, you’ll find a packet of information you can take home with you on the counter.
What do I need to bring with me for a self-guided tour?
You will receive communications as your tour approaches with instructions about how to navigate to our model home, a code for entry, and instructions for what to do when you are done. We have note pads, pens, and measuring tapes for you, should you need them during your tour. Plus, you’ll find a packet of information you can take home with you on the counter.
Are there model homes available to tour?
Yes! Our neighborhood has a model near the office, so you can walk through it with our team or on your own (via self-guided tour). It is fully staged, so you can experience the lifestyle you can have when you rent a Redwood apartment home.
Will I be able to tour the exact home I’m interested in?
It depends. If the home you’re interested in is not available at the time of your tour, you will only be able to tour our model home or a vacant floor plan similar to the one you’d like to rent.
